I always thought all Mario Sprites were of the highest calibur. Pixel Perfection, from this day. Every time the big N pops out another Mario game, I always admire the charm that is displayed in their sprites, especially their main man Mario's sprite. But... I just don't know about this one.

What is the first thing you think when you see this thing? Mario? I sure as hell don't see our italian plumber in this sprite. Why is his shirt and hair coloured different? Why did Nintendo choose to do this? Who did you want this new palette to appeal to, Nintendo? Well, enough of the questions, lets just take a gander at this imposter.

First of all that putrid green colour has to go. Augh. just looking at it gives me a headache. Also, look at his boots and hands! They're just waaay too big to look normal. Before this I though Nintendo was going in the right direction in the realistic department, but now it looks like they're taking a step into the stupid department. Its like they want to make our favourite plumber look dumb and just plain silly. Kids obviously would not think this character is cool.

There is not the slightest bit of detail in this character. You can't tell what he even is! Whats that? Oh, overalls? Whats that, ah, a moustache? Whats this, oh, a badly developed character!

I'm gonna cut this review short and end is with one word: Dissapointing. I expected more from you, Nintendo. I really did.

Hello, diary. It has been a long time since I've scripted my cyber-texts into you. Today I was told by the Bolt Government that old fuck of a creator, Dr. Light has been accused of making some evil robot masters not unlike Wily's to wreck havoc open this country. For one, I'm fucking sick of shit. Why did we even vote for the Bolt Government? I mean, hell, the Nut Party had some faults too, but at least they had restrictions on what is allowed to be sold in fucking stores! For two, I haven't been in action for a long time. The last time I fought off some Robot Masters was what, 10 Electrodes ago? What the fuck man, I've retired! I'm old. Why don't they just build another fucking robot? It would probably have a faster processing speed than me!

Well, I better do it anyway. Ol' Lightey says that if I don't save his ass I won't get any Mega-weed, so I don't have a choice. Today I ran on the treadmill for a bit and bought some supplies for my journey (at times like this, I wish I had my Ultra-fags) from my sister Rolls shop, in which she made me pay to buy. Jesus, how damn tight can you be?! Here I am, getting off my ass to save the world, and you make me pay to buy stuff that I need to survive all this? What a bitch! Does she have some sort of grudge against me? Do they want me to get a part time job to pay for my expenses? Fuck that I can just take some bolt currency from the bots that I kill. I hope no one sees me as some murderer.

I suppose they chose me for the job because they could not build a finer robot than I. Sure, they could make newer robots, but they would not have the mega-wisdom that I own. Unless they try and clone my robot parts and make a new version of me in the future, but what're the odds of that?

Wee! I've been kind of happy and shit. It all kind of happens for no reason. But I have started to enjoy life again and be all happy and kinda witty like I used to be. Voice chatting with Soyvoyage is always good fun, and I've been enjoying the internet, in its vast glory. Sometimes I think its bigger than the god-damn world. There is a lot to see.

I can really post much, since nothing has been happening. Going to school, doing homework (usually at school) and looking on the internet. I hope theres a new Eegra podcast before the new month, that would be splendidery.

Also, thinking about Game Journalism when I go to be a big, burly hubber of a man? Maybe.

I've been playing two little games I bought in the big end-of-year Steam sale, Trials 2 and Puzzle Quest. Both are very, very good. Trials is hard as balls, but you can put up with it because the ragdolls are so silly. I get so much glee out of seeing and hearing my rider snap his neck and die.

Puzzle Quest is addicting. Perhaps not as much as an MMO game, but its a fresh game, and I never thought combining a puzzle game with an RPG could work so well. Things do get a bit overcomplicated though and hard to remember, but I guess that gives you more to do.


Also I played TF2 with ShMerker, from the Eegra forums. My aim is BALLS.

Still feeling a little bad. My friend I've known since kindergarten that I talk to every day didn't invite me to his birthday party, which doesn't make me feel so good. Sean is coming over tonight, that should be fun.

So I'm feeling a little depressed. I don't even know why. Its just, y'know, every day is just been terrible for no reason in particular. Talking to Soyvoyage is always the lovely point of the day and is probably the only thing keeping me from kicking some sort of bucket (I think kicking a wooden bucket might hurt. Maybe I should get some sort of soft, plastic one). Oh well,m something lovely might happen sometime that will motivate me again.

I think I should write a short novel or something. I would love to do something of that sort. Its just, they become to long and convoluted to actually read. They are either quite boring or insanely stupid stories, and neither are taking seriously when I want to write something that someone might be impressed with. I'm like some sort of puppy that wants attention.
Maybe I should write one for myself to read. Hell, I don't know. I don't know what I want to do now.

In other news, the Wii Ghostbusters could've been fantastic, running around zapping some fuckers with the Wii remote controls, but they had to shit-fuck it up because of the Wii's processing speeds. Sad face for us all.
Supanova should be fun this year though. That will keep me going strong.

On another note, I will be reveiwing all of the Shindig games when they are released. Because reviewing stuff is fun and a good pastime.

On a life note, this girl at tennis practice thinks I like her, and keep's teasing me about it (I will not explain how). But seriously, I am not in need for a girlfriend right now, nor do I want one. It distracts me from the important things, such as my nightly Quake III practice.

Exams. Jesus Christ the exams. I think I went well with them though.
First was science, I tink I went okay. Turns out my okay effort got me top in the class. Righty-oh then! I guess no one was trying or something. Lazy buggers.
Next was History. Me, liking medieval times, found it easy. I didn't come first in the class this time, but since when was this a requirment?
Now to the bad news. Music, I only eensy-wheensy didn't pass, considering I do not like music.
Then, uh-oh, maths. YOu fella's (all one of you) already knew that I hate maths, right? Well, yes. I didn't do very well, but you'll all jeer when you see my english results. YOU'LL SEE!

Also, my grandmother fell over and broke her leg or something. She was in hospital for a while, and my mother, as the great daughter she is, had to buy her mother something to ease the pain. A little. We baught her flowers, chocolates, and other things that women like that I don't understand, and while we were all having a good old time at the hospital right next to the old man in the bed that was talking to the radio, our cousins came in. Wha-hey! A reunion of our whole family! I don't really like them much.

They bought grandma in the hospital a DVD. which is great, because, y'know, she can't really watch it.

Anyway. I better stop being a jerk to cousins. Oops, I didn't mean to write that much. Crap.

Here I am again, writing an entry. OF LOVE.

Now. I have been back at school for a while, liking it so far, I guess. Liking it as much as I can, anyway. But how much can you actually like school? Are you supposed to like it? Mysteries.

I bought Deus Ex, and I don't like it as much as people say. It doesn't appeal to me. Maybe I'm just not that into FPS', but I do have some I enjoy. Mysteries!

I pre-ordered SUPER SMASH BROTHERS BRAWL. I am very excited. Why must it come after Japan and America? Why must it cost $50 more than the American retail price? Why don't they still have a proper release date (It only says June 2008)? Why am I wearing a dress?!

I don't know, but I know that much that these are god damn MYSTERIES.
